Inside the study area, some portions that, due to their characteristics, have been identified to represent the expected resource able to redesign a piece of town forgotten since long time.

The built-up is represented by a system of public housing, a disused building under renovation of function and a sequence of "voids" nowadays uncultivated and unused.

These areas have caused a loss of value of its landscape and monumental architecture of the town.

Programmatic intentions: site of project

Redevelopment of public spaces to define an urban quality of the territory surrounding the ancient walls of the town. Rehabilitation of the existing housing by inserting a quote of residences as a completion.
